HE 5713 Valve control – Effective and cost-saving cleaning of filter bags

While conventional control units only trigger the cleaning of the filter bags when a threshold value that is not clearly defined is reached, the HE 5713 valve control unit allows the definition of a specific operating point that can be freely selected.
By defining this operating point, the valve control unit obtains an image of all relevant data during the process.
The HE 5713 then automatically derives the optimum, process-adapted time for the next valve pulse from the data determined.

The pause time (the time between two cleaning processes) is thus determined fully automatically by the HE 5713 valve control unit depending on the amount of dust and the change in filter resistance.

Effective cleaning of the valve hoses

The valve control unit determines a separate pulse time for each valve , allowing the air blasts to be precisely adapted to the dust ingress.
These functions make it possible to significantly reduce the compressed air consumption and therefore the operating costs of a filter system, as cleaning only takes place when it is really necessary.

The HE 5713 valve control unit offers an outstanding increase in efficiency for filter cleaning using the jet-pulse method.
Operators of filter systems can significantly reduce operating costs with little effort and extend the service life of the filter system.

Examples of typical applications for the HE 5713 valve control unit

  • Bunker top filter
  • Mobile filters
  • Industrial extractor
  • Dedusting systems
  • Stone dust filter
  • Dairies
  • Cement and lime works
  • Steel mills
  • Waste incineration plants
  • Coal-fired power plants

The use of an HE 5713 valve control unit has great advantages for operators of filter systems:

  • Self-optimization of pulse times and pause times: The controls automatically optimize the cleaning cycles, resulting in an effective use of compressed air and thus saving costs.
  • Continuous adaptation to the operating conditions: This ensures optimum cleaning results.
  • Reduced compressed air consumption: The efficient control of pulse and pause times minimizes compressed air consumption, which not only reduces operating costs but also protects the environment.
  • Lower operating costs: The reduction in compressed air consumption and maintenance costs leads to significant cost savings.
  • Longer service life of the filter elements:
Constant filter resistance and thus uniform volume flow through the filter leads to less stress on the filter and thus to a longer service life of the filter media.
  • More analyzable data: You gain additional information about the stored statistical data such as min.

HE 5713 Valve control unit for filter systems in the Basic version By automatically optimizing the pulse and pause time , the HE 5713 valve control unit is an innovative solution for filter cleaning using the jet-pulse method.

Safe in hazardous areas

The HE 5713 valve control unit in the Basic version can also be used safely in potentially explosive atmospheres in ATEX Zone 22.

Individually adjustable via PC software

EasyTool Controls 4.0

The setting/scaling is carried out using the EasyTool Controls 4.0 software. This can also be used to save factory parameters so that they can be conveniently loaded onto any number of devices.

Our contact persons will be happy to advise you on the configuration options of the of the HE 5713 valve control unit.
