The micro­con­troller-based valve con­trol HE 5711 is used for the cycle con­trol of elec­tro­mag­netic valves in indus­trial dust fil­ter sys­tems. The flex­i­ble design con­cept enables use as astan­dard rail ver­sion or as a con­trol unit in a dust-tight Makrolon hous­ing with ATEX Zone 22 approval. The con­troller auto­mat­i­cally detects the num­ber of sole­noid valves con­nected. The clean­ing processes are time-con­trolled – for this pur­pose, the pulse and pause times are set via poten­tiome­ters. After the end of nor­mal clean­ing, the con­trol sys­tem can carry out post-clean­ing if desired.
