HESCH at the FMB 2021

High-quality electronic system solutions for mechanical and plant engineering at the FMB in Bad Salzuflen

HESCH is exhibiting at the FMB subcontracting fair for the first time this year. The specialist for industrial automation will present a small selection of its own products and development projects for mechanical and plant engineering to visitors in Bad Salzuflen.

The development department of HESCH is broadly positioned with 10 engineers and technicians and can demonstrate extensive experience in the field of software and hardware development with around 1000 completed development projects. The company has been developing and producing high-quality system solutions and components for industrial automation for more than 45 years – from operator terminals for test and simulation equipment to robust I/O boxes for harsh environments and control computers for control cabinet mounting.

The electronics specialist is a strong OEM partner of well-known machine and plant manufacturers and is continuously expanding its production capacities: As recently as spring 2021, the company has expanded its PCB production line with two state-of-the-art AIM IIIc pick-and-place machines from FUJI. This has increased throughput to up to 80,000 components per hour. This will ensure that the growing requirements of customers will continue to be optimally met in the future.

At the FMB, HESCH will present, among other things, a touch-free hygiene dispenser developed in collaboration with Friedhelm Selbach GmbH – a company that actually produces dispensing equipment and cooling systems for the catering industry. During the Corona pandemic, Friedhelm Selbach GmbH wanted to support its customers and therefore designed the dispenser to enable restaurants to open under hygienic conditions.

HESCH designed the entire control technology for the unit in less than eight weeks, thus creating the conditions for a rapid market launch. In addition to the hygiene dispenser, other OEM development projects will be on display. The exhibits also include proprietary products such as the HE 5411 differential pressure transmitter, the HE 5422 differential pressure regulator and a delta-p connection adapter.

HESCH is exhibiting at the FMB together with RUPPEL Hydraulics GmbH and HTG Fluidtechnik GmbH. All three companies are part of Axxeron Technologies GmbH – a management holding company that includes innovative medium-sized companies. They have many decades of experience, especially in the field of individual engineering. As a supplier to the mechanical and plant engineering industry, HESCH sees itself not only as a product supplier, but also as a problem solver with innovative strength.
