Relay output module HE 5826

The relay output module HE 5826 controls up to four signals from the higher-level bus system and forwards them via four potential-free changeover contacts to connected systems or installations. The output logic can be inverted individually. Communication with the bus coupler takes place via an asynchronous serial RS485 connection.

The signal status of the relay outputs is indicated via status LEDs. The outputs and the logic area are galvanically isolated from each other. Module errors and errors in case of overload, short circuit or missing supply are detected and displayed.

In the event of a fault, the outputs change to a previously defined safe status (Fail Safe).
