Dig­i­tal dis­play for CAN bus con­nec­tion

The CAN dis­play HE 5120 is used for visu­al­iza­tion of e.g. weight and level. The dif­fer­ent phys­i­cal units are iden­ti­fied by the LEDs. The device has a switch­ing con­tact which can be used either as a dig­i­tal out­put or as a limit switch. The CAN bus con­nec­tion is in accor­dance with ISO 11898.

 

The dis­play with inte­grated FULL CAN con­troller sup­ports the trans­mis­sion accord­ing to CAN spec­i­fi­ca­tion 2.0A / 2.0B with max. 1 MBaud. The para­me­ter­i­za­tion deter­mines which infor­ma­tion from a CAN mes­sage is dis­played in which for­mat. The set­tings of the para­me­ter­i­za­tion are stored non-volatile.
